Webflow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to develop strategies for growing their presence in the market and building relationships with customers. This remote role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of building relationships with both potential and existing customers, and you thrive in a remote-first environment. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Webflow, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our presence in the market. You will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Webflow can meet those needs. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to align our offerings with market demands. You will also be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales metrics and performance, allowing you to track your progress and adjust strategies as needed. You will participate in onboarding sessions in San Francisco, CA, to align with company culture and values.
Webflow offers a competitive salary range for this role, with On Target Earnings (OTE) between $250,000 - $280,000 for U.S. employees and CAD 302,000 - CAD 338,000 for employees in Ontario, Canada.
