Airtable is seeking an Internal Solutions Architect to build and deliver AI-first solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You'll leverage Airtable's platform to streamline internal processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in Airtable and a strong understanding of operational excellence.
You have a strong background in building and maintaining internal business applications, ideally with experience in no-code platforms like Airtable. You are skilled at designing and implementing AI-first solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce software costs. Your ability to create impactful demo materials and train internal teams on best practices sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and inspire others to adopt innovative practices. You understand the importance of providing product and design feedback to enhance offerings and are committed to continuous learning and development.
In your first year, you will build, own, and maintain critical internal business applications, supporting additional applications as needed. You will design and implement AI-first solutions that streamline internal processes and reduce software costs. Your role will involve creating and delivering demo bundles and sales assets for each application, showcasing at least one new AI use case per month. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Training and up-leveling internal teams on Airtable best practices and advanced features will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide product and design feedback to improve Airtable’s offerings and develop internal and external demo materials, including video content.
