Dropbox is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design and maintenance of their enterprise service management platform. You'll work on advanced workflows and integrations while mentoring junior engineers. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow and a strong foundation in ITIL processes.
You have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong foundation in IT Service Lifecycle (ITIL) processes — you understand how to build and optimize workflows that enhance service management across various business functions. Your ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
