Anthropic is seeking a Senior Business Development leader to drive strategic partnerships with enterprise technology companies. You'll focus on creating innovative deal structures and scaling AI distribution. This role requires strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in technology partnerships, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and build high-impact relationships with enterprise technology companies sets you apart. You are strategic and creative, capable of architecting novel deal structures that go beyond traditional integrations. You thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and relentless execution, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities that can unlock significant revenue growth.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly. Your experience in the AI or SaaS sectors is a plus, as it enables you to understand the nuances of technology partnerships. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. You are a dealmaker at heart, always looking for innovative ways to scale distribution and enhance product stickiness across technology stacks.

Desirable

Experience with AI platforms or SaaS companies is highly desirable. Familiarity with joint go-to-market strategies and product partnerships will give you an edge in this role. You should also have a strong understanding of the technology landscape and be able to leverage this knowledge to create impactful partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving transformational partnerships with key technology companies. You will architect and negotiate innovative deal structures that go beyond traditional API integrations, focusing on product partnerships and new business models. Your ability to think strategically will be crucial as you develop relationships that can significantly impact Anthropic's revenue growth.

You will work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that partnerships align with Anthropic's mission and capabilities. Your role will involve identifying potential partners, conducting market research, and developing strategies to engage with them effectively.
