You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development across various programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, and JavaScript. Your background includes at least 3 years in a technical leadership role, where you've successfully managed teams and contributed to consumer-facing products. You possess excellent relationship-building skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders. Your experience in people management or team leadership spans at least 2 years, showcasing your ability to guide and mentor engineers. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields is preferred, along with a strong track record of managing engineering teams.
