What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for partners during the implementation of TrakCare and HealthShare solutions. You will oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with the ARIES methodology and maintaining high standards of quality control. Your responsibilities will include providing structured knowledge transfer and training to partners, equipping them with the necessary tools to succeed. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet both business and clinical requirements.
