Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the BFSI sector, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and industry influencers. Your experience includes developing strategic account plans that align with customer needs and drive measurable value through automation solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex value propositions effectively against competitors. You are detail-oriented, managing and forecasting sales pipelines with precision to consistently achieve revenue targets. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You are driven by results and have a passion for automation technology, understanding its transformative power in the enterprise landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving UiPath's enterprise growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within assigned territories. You will develop comprehensive account strategies that not only enhance UiPath's presence but also deliver exceptional value to customers through automation solutions. Your mission will involve understanding customers' business challenges and identifying automation opportunities that can deliver measurable value. You will articulate UiPath's value proposition effectively against competitors, leveraging your deep product knowledge to position the company as an industry leader. Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and industry influencers will be a key part of your role, as will managing and forecasting your sales pipeline with precision to consistently achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure that customers have exceptional experiences with UiPath's solutions. Your disciplined implementation of sales processes will drive sales excellence and contribute to the overall success of the company.
