Verkada is seeking a Sales Enablement, Onboarding Manager to enhance the onboarding experience for their sales team. You'll collaborate with sales leadership and various departments to drive productivity and team readiness. This role requires a solid understanding of sales support functions.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement and onboarding, with a proven track record of developing effective training programs that enhance team performance. Your passion for sales is evident, and you understand the nuances of operating within a sales support function. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to partner with sales leadership to drive success. Your ability to adapt and innovate will be key in this role, as you will be responsible for creating a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based security solutions. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can effectively communicate across departments. A background in training or coaching sales teams will help you excel in this position, as will any experience with performance metrics and productivity tools.

What you'll do

In your role as the Sales Enablement, Onboarding Manager, you will take ownership of the onboarding program for new sales team members. This includes designing and implementing training sessions that cover Verkada's products, sales processes, and best practices. You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure that the onboarding experience is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your hands-on approach will allow you to collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization, gaining insights that will enhance the training materials you develop.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the onboarding program, using feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements. By fostering a culture of learning and development, you will help new hires ramp up quickly and become productive members of the sales team.
