We are looking for talented quality assurance engineers to help us scale and innovate.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the quality of software solutions by adopting a holistic testing approach - Collaborate with your team to understand business requirements, service architecture, and underlying technologies. You'll learn to approach testing holistically, considering all aspects of quality, from functionality to performance.

• Engage in the full testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release monitoring - Participate in analysing requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, and monitoring solutions post-deployment. You'll be guided in taking ownership of your test coverage, ensuring that it is thorough and well-structured, with opportunities to improve as needed.

• Focus on efficiency and automation in your testing efforts - Learn to manage your testing workload efficiently and apply automation where it adds value. You'll work to identify opportunities for automation across different testing layers and implement them with the support of your team.

• Collaborate in compact, agile teams with rapid release cycles - Work within compact, agile teams that follow short release cycles. You'll be part of a dynamic team environment where you’ll learn to balance efficient testing processes with the need to maintain velocity and structure.

• Learn from your peers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing - Actively learn from your colleagues and share your insights with them. Engage in constructive feedback loops to grow individually and contribute to the team's and company's continuous improvement.

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

• Basic programming skills in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, Java, etc.)

• Good RDBMS knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A very good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Passion for quality assurance

Nice to have

• Experience in API testing

• Experience in testing mobile applications

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
