Carvana is seeking an Automotive Painter for their 2nd shift to utilize professional automotive painting skills. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors using water-based paint. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive painting.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills within the automotive industry, and you value a workplace that offers training programs to enhance your capabilities.
As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths. You will ensure that the paint application meets the company's high standards for quality and finish. You will work closely with your team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines. Your role will involve preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed in the paint shop.
You will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area, ensuring that tools and materials are stored properly.
