Who you are

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in navigating complex organizational dynamics. With a minimum of 5 years in HR, you have developed a keen ability to cut through noise and deliver impactful solutions in high-pressure environments. Your emotional intelligence allows you to connect with diverse teams and individuals, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives results. You thrive on complexity and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic focus on business objectives. You understand the importance of being a genuine strategic partner, and you are passionate about supporting career progression and employee engagement within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in a creative or advertising environment is a plus, as is familiarity with global client accounts. You have a track record of implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness. Your ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels is crucial, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to one of Ogilvy's most significant global client accounts, providing HR support and guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
