You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in building sales infrastructure and automations. You are proficient in HubSpot and have a knack for creating efficient workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks. Your analytical skills allow you to manage data systems effectively, ensuring that sales teams can trust the reporting and forecasting infrastructure you create. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of data hygiene in maintaining accurate sales compensation tracking. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable conducting training sessions to empower team members in using the tools you implement.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sales dashboards and reports that optimize workflows for Business Development Representatives and Account Executives. You will create high-impact sales automations using n8n and other tools, designing complex HubSpot workflows that streamline processes and enhance deal velocity. Managing integrations between HubSpot and various sales tools will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all systems work together seamlessly. You will establish monitoring systems and perform regular data hygiene checks on sales-input data, deal information, and commission values to ensure accurate tracking. Additionally, you will build infrastructure for reliable sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring the operational reliability of the renewal process in the CRM. Your role will also involve conducting training sessions to help team members leverage the tools and systems you develop effectively.
