What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Xometry's Partner Network initiatives, focusing on optimizing partner performance and enhancing capabilities. You will analyze data to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to improve outcomes for your partners. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing partner certification programs that establish quality benchmarks and standards, akin to supplier quality assurance. You will work closely with the Partner Outsourcing Group to manage relationships and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Your day-to-day activities will involve peeling back the lens to determine how to improve the quality of your suppliers, serving as both an advocate and coach. You will be instrumental in driving performance improvements and ensuring that partners meet Xometry's manufacturing standards. Building trusted partnerships will be a key focus, as you work to achieve predictable outcomes in quality and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner capabilities and drive performance improvements. Your ability to analyze data and identify trends will be crucial in optimizing partner performance and ensuring alignment with Xometry's operational goals.
