What you'll do

As a Senior Global Supply Manager, you will lead the supply chain efforts for the Gas & Fuels team, ensuring that all materials and components are sourced effectively to support the production of the Terran R vehicle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process from start to finish.

You will analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply chain operations are integrated with manufacturing and engineering processes. You will also play a key role in forecasting demand and managing inventory levels to meet production schedules.

In addition, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the supply chain and contribute to the success of the Terran R program.
