Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager for their Gas & Fuels team to oversee supply chain operations for the Terran R vehicle. This role requires expertise in supply chain management and offers a competitive salary range of $127,000—$162,000 USD.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors. Your background includes a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and inventory management. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain are optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex challenges that arise in the supply chain. Your ability to collaborate across teams is essential, as you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing data to inform decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry or with rocket manufacturing is a plus. Familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies and methodologies will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

What you'll do

As a Senior Global Supply Manager, you will lead the supply chain efforts for the Gas & Fuels team, ensuring that all materials and components are sourced effectively to support the production of the Terran R vehicle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process from start to finish.

You will analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply chain operations are integrated with manufacturing and engineering processes.
