You have a strong background in HR, ideally with experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, where you've acted as a strategic advisor to leadership teams. Your expertise in talent development and performance management allows you to build strong relationships and influence leaders effectively. You thrive in environments that value agility and continuous evolution, adapting to the needs of various client groups. You possess HR-specific qualifications or accreditations that enhance your credibility in the field. Familiarity with tools like ADP Workforce Now and G-Suite for Business is a plus, as you will utilize these in your daily operations. You are comfortable navigating complex HR challenges and are committed to supporting employee well-being and engagement.

What you'll do

As a People Partner at DailyPay, you will be deeply embedded within the operations departments, acting as a mini-CPO for these teams. Your role will involve designing and driving impactful HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will collaborate closely with various leaders, providing tailored support and coaching to enhance their teams' performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing talent development programs, managing performance reviews, and implementing strategies that foster a positive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring that DailyPay remains an employer of choice. Your ability to influence and guide leaders will be crucial in championing people programs that drive engagement and retention.
