Kognity is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to design and refine AI-driven educational content production systems. You'll work with technologies like Python and Machine Learning to create high-quality learning experiences. This role is ideal for those excited about language models and educational technology.
You have a strong background in AI and are genuinely excited about working with language models to enhance educational content. Your logical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively. You understand the importance of clear communication and can express your ideas succinctly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
While experience as a workflow or prompt engineer is desirable, it is not a strict requirement. What matters most is your enthusiasm for building AI-driven solutions that can make a global impact in education. You are eager to learn and improve continuously, contributing to a culture of growth and collaboration.
In this role, you will design, test, and refine multi-step AI workflows and prompt chains that produce structured, high-quality educational content at scale. You will translate pedagogical and editorial requirements into automated, metadata-driven processes that ensure consistent quality across various educational materials. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI systems align with the educational goals of Kognity.
