What you'll do

As the Director of Business Development, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers, guiding them in their efforts to deepen relationships with private equity partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to align business development initiatives with overall company goals. You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also represent Carta at industry events and conferences, showcasing our unique offerings and building our brand in the private equity space.
