Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies. Your background includes experience working against a sales quota or revenue target, and you have a proven track record of influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. You are adept at managing and prioritizing a large book of business, and you understand the digital and traditional marketing ecosystem, strategies, and tactics. Your ability to leverage business acumen allows you to strategically assess and help solve client needs, making you a valuable asset to any team.

You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success. You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers. Building trusted relationships with clients is second nature to you, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era.

Desirable

Experience exceeding sales quotas in digital advertising sales or a similar field is preferred. You have a strong understanding of how Google advertising products work and can effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Your experience selling to mid-market, high-growth companies will set you apart, as will your ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals.

You will develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Your role will involve building knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that drive results. Your ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate complex sales cycles and build long-lasting relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
