Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair vehicle panels using advanced techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
You have at least 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your attention to detail and craftsmanship. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.
You are eager to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, and you appreciate the importance of continuous learning and skill development. You are open to participating in training programs that Carvana offers to ensure your skills progress alongside the company. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for collaborating with your team and understanding customer needs.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing vehicle panels to meet the high standards of quality that our customers expect.
