Xometry is seeking a Project Manager - Case Management to lead the execution of complex, multi-supplier customer orders. You'll ensure seamless communication and address sourcing challenges throughout the production process. This role requires exceptional project management skills and strong collaboration abilities.
You are a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in project management. You have experience leading complex projects and managing customer relationships effectively. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. You are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and are comfortable addressing sourcing challenges as they arise. You thrive in collaborative environments and are willing to support your team during peak periods, stepping in as a deputy for leadership when needed.
Experience in case management or similar roles is a plus. Familiarity with multi-supplier environments and large-scale project execution will enhance your ability to succeed in this position. A background in manufacturing or supply chain management can also be beneficial, as it will provide you with insights into the challenges faced in this industry.
In this role, you will take full ownership of large orders, driving the successful execution of complex customer projects.
