Coupang is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Marketplace Program Management team in Taiwan. You'll develop scalable solutions and manage a team to enhance operational performance. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
You have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading teams and driving operational improvements. You are skilled at creating scalable and automated solutions, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into issues, propose data-driven solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You are comfortable managing a team of contractors, ensuring their performance and workload are effectively monitored and evaluated. You understand the importance of clear communication and can articulate goals, roles, and success metrics to ensure project alignment.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus, as is familiarity with operational performance metrics and improvement strategies. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of new programs within Coupang's Marketplace in Taiwan. You will work closely with various internal teams to develop standard operating procedures for manual management where automation is not feasible. Your leadership will guide a team of 10-15 contractors, overseeing their daily attendance, performance monitoring, and workload management. When issues arise, you will investigate the root causes and propose actionable solutions based on data and facts. You will drive improvements in operational performance and lead projects that expand the business while enhancing the experience for both customers and partner teams. Your role will require you to communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and responsibilities.
