Notion is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance financial systems and processes. You'll manage and configure NetSuite as the core ERP platform, focusing on revenue operations and financial reporting. This role requires experience in ERP systems and a strong analytical mindset.
You have a strong background in business systems analysis, particularly within finance, and are energized by identifying gaps and designing scalable solutions. With experience managing ERP platforms, you understand how to optimize financial data flows and ensure accurate reporting. You thrive in collaborative environments, bridging the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams to drive operational excellence. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a keen attention to detail, allowing you to architect systems that support organizational growth.
Experience with financial reporting modules and quote-to-cash processes is a plus. Familiarity with revenue operations and the ability to influence strategy will set you apart.
In this role, you will manage and configure NetSuite, ensuring that all financial modules, including GL, AR/AP, billing, and revenue recognition, are optimized for efficiency. You will work closely with finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the systems in place support accurate financial reporting and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the ERP system and implementing solutions that enhance functionality and user experience. As a foundational member of the Business Technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping how financial data flows through the organization, influencing strategy and driving initiatives that support Notion's growth.

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the company's success.
