Overview

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in staff management and team leadership, ideally in a logistics or operations environment. You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and you are comfortable using business management tools to oversee operations. Your ability to communicate effectively in Japanese at a business level is essential for this role. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for planning and managing the shipping and delivery processes for a vast array of products. You will develop strategies for sorting and dispatching items, ensuring that deliveries are executed smoothly and efficiently.
