You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or cybersecurity — you understand the nuances of building relationships and driving customer success in a competitive landscape. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is paramount, as you will be the face of Zscaler to our customers. You are driven by purpose and motivated to solve complex challenges that impact our customers' digital transformation journeys.

Desirable

Experience in cloud security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with Zero Trust principles. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions to diverse audiences. A background in account management or business development will help you excel in this role, as you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships while also seeking new opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving sales growth through strategic engagement with customers. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Go-to-Market team to develop and execute account strategies that align with Zscaler's mission of providing secure cloud solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You will also work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback that will help refine our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing our service delivery. You will participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on Zscaler's products and industry trends, ensuring you can effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
