What you'll do

As an HR Assistant at Vida Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will assist in the onboarding process for new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and policies. You will also help maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and supporting various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of People Operations and other department leaders to address employee inquiries and provide necessary support. Your role will involve contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures that align with Vida's mission of improving healthcare.
