What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers with their purchases but also getting involved in local community initiatives to promote Carvana's mission. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Your performance will be closely monitored, and you will have opportunities to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success in the role.
