As the Technical Lead, you will manage a team responsible for developing embedded simulation systems that support the Waymo Driver's deployment across various vehicle platforms. You will oversee the design and implementation of HIL and SIL testing frameworks, ensuring that the systems are reliable and scalable. Your leadership will guide the team in building dedicated test properties for embedded and hardware use cases, as well as integrating technology into full-system behavioral simulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of systems. Your role will also involve setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $281,000 to $356,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
