Who you are

You are a sharp and empathetic Complaints Specialist with a knack for problem-solving and investigation. You thrive on listening to users and resolving their issues effectively. Your communication skills allow you to engage with merchants across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America, ensuring they receive world-class service. You understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you are committed to finding solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with our merchants to address and resolve their complaints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
