What you'll do

As a People Business Partner at Confluent, you will work closely with leaders and managers in the GTM organization to implement people strategies that support the company's overall business objectives. You will be responsible for deploying initiatives that enhance organizational development and enable teams to meet their mission-critical deliverables. Your role will involve coaching managers, facilitating team enablement, and contributing to the scaling of a results-oriented work environment.
