You have a strong background in solutions architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within the SLED (State and Local Government and Education) sector. Your expertise in Elasticsearch allows you to understand and address customer needs effectively, ensuring that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. You are a trusted advisor who can communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.

You thrive in a customer-facing role, where your ability to build relationships and trust is paramount. You have experience working with sales teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
