TripActions is seeking a Content & Creative Operations Specialist to streamline project workflows and ensure efficient campaign execution. You'll work with tools like Asana and Slack to manage creative timelines and facilitate cross-functional communication.
You have a strong background in content and creative operations, with experience leading project workflows from concept to launch. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at managing timelines and resources effectively. Your proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace allows you to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards without errors. You enjoy innovating processes and using data to improve workflows, enabling your team to focus on high-impact work. You have a natural ability to network and communicate across teams, acting as a bridge between different departments to keep priorities aligned.
Experience in the travel or financial services industry is a plus, as is a background in building scalable systems that enhance team efficiency. You are adaptable and can facilitate meetings and standups in cross-functional settings.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of content and creative campaigns, ensuring that all projects move smoothly from concept to completion. You will manage creative timelines in Asana, optimizing the workload of designers, copywriters, and motion designers to meet the demands of a fast-scaling product. You will act as the primary point of contact for communications within and outside of the Creative team, ensuring that everyone is aligned on priorities. Quality assurance will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will ensure that all assets are delivered to specification and free of errors. You will also play a crucial role in process innovation, helping the Content & Creative team improve by streamlining workflows and leveraging data to suggest enhancements.
