Benchling is seeking an Enterprise Solution Consultant to lead solutions for their largest customers in the biotechnology sector. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to develop optimal solutions using enterprise SaaS technologies. This role requires experience in life sciences R&D processes and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in life sciences R&D processes and scientific concepts — your experience allows you to engage effectively with senior scientific and IT leaders. You are adept at navigating complex enterprise IT environments and have a proven track record of deploying solutions that interface with various vendor solutions and legacy applications. Your familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions enables you to present credible and valuable solutions to customers. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and confidence from the first meeting.
Experience in pre-sales roles is a plus, as is familiarity with cutting-edge technologies in the biotechnology sector. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, partnering with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive customer success. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is key to your success in this role.
As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects. You will work closely with sales leadership, account executives, and product leaders to ensure that the best solutions are presented to meet customer needs.
