Airtable is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive enterprise growth across the AMER East region. You'll collaborate closely with sales and execute impactful regional marketing programs. This role requires experience in field marketing and demand generation within the B2B SaaS space.
You have a strong background in field marketing with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector. Your expertise includes demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM), allowing you to create effective strategies that resonate with target audiences. You are analytical yet creative, capable of developing innovative marketing programs while also measuring their impact on revenue growth. Your ability to build strong partnerships with sales teams is a key asset, as you understand the importance of aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized by the challenge of meeting ambitious pipeline targets. Additionally, you are comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance your marketing workflows and optimize results.
Experience with executive programs and community events is a plus, as these are integral to your role in driving pipeline creation. Familiarity with using data analytics to inform marketing strategies will further enhance your effectiveness in this position.
