What you'll do

As the Cluster Head for Last Mile operations in Haryana, you will take ownership of the onboarding and training of partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet operational standards. You will regularly visit partner facilities across different cities in your area, driving key operational metrics and ensuring that processes are followed effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing the entire Haryana cluster, which includes overseeing logistics operations and ensuring that delivery expectations are met.
