What you'll do

In this role, you will support daily operations according to established plans, ensuring that workflows proceed smoothly. You will utilize internal tools for production management tasks and work alongside team members to identify and implement improvement plans for operational challenges. You will collaborate with delivery service providers to monitor delivery statuses and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promoting the standardization of operations. Under the guidance of managers and team leaders, you will gain insights into logistics management through hands-on experience in the delivery station. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and the chance to explore other departments within the company through internal job postings. Your work schedule will be shift-based, including night shifts as needed.
