You are a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments. With at least 5 years of experience in operations management, you have a deep understanding of how to translate business goals into actionable operational plans. You thrive on simplifying complexity and enjoy using data to inform decision-making. Your strong judgment and holistic view of the business enable you to identify risks and opportunities effectively.
You are passionate about process improvement and automation, always looking for ways to make operations leaner and more scalable. You understand the potential of technology and AI to transform business processes and are excited to leverage these tools to enhance operational efficiency. You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working closely with founders and senior leadership to shape the long-term strategy of the business.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with financial operations and people management. You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and you have a knack for defining and tracking meaningful KPIs that drive performance.
As the Head of Operational Excellence at Cloudscaler, you will own and evolve the operational backbone of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational strategy, ensuring that Cloudscaler continues to grow in a controlled and efficient manner. You will translate the company's business goals into clear, measurable operational plans that align with the overall strategy.
You will define and track key performance indicators across finance, people operations, and business processes, providing clear and concise reporting to the leadership team and the Board. Your insights will help shape the long-term strategy of the business, allowing you to spot risks and inefficiencies before they become problems.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will review current processes and redesign them to be leaner, smarter, and more scalable. You will identify opportunities for automation and technology integration, ensuring that the operational framework supports the company's growth objectives.
Cloudscaler offers a competitive salary range of £75,000-£85,000 for this full-time, permanent position. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, spending up to three days per week in the London office.
