BeyondTrust is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive technical elements of the sales process and build relationships with customers. You'll utilize tools like Salesforce and Confluence to deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.
You have a strong background in technical sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role. You excel at understanding customer requirements and articulating the value of complex cybersecurity solutions. Your ability to build rapport with clients and provide tailored demonstrations sets you apart. You are a natural communicator, capable of simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
Experience with cybersecurity products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS solutions. You may have a background in IT or software development, which helps you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you present. A proven track record of successful proof-of-concept evaluations will be beneficial in this role.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the sales process. This includes delivering engaging solution presentations and demonstrations to prospects and existing customers. You will develop and maintain technical relationships with clients, conducting Quarterly Technical Reviews to ensure their needs are met. Your role will involve responding to Requests for Proposals and providing detailed technical documentation to support the sales team. You will represent BeyondTrust at trade shows and seminars, showcasing our innovative cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
