As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation according to HACCP and food-handling processes. You will pick, pack, and sort orders using technology to scan packages and stage them for delivery. Clear communication with customers through the app will be essential, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will also maintain a clean and organized warehouse, performing all cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management. Your role will require you to be a team player, contributing to a positive working environment and supporting your colleagues in achieving the team's goals.
