You have over 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the software or IT solutions sector — you understand the nuances of selling to large organizations and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your communication skills are exceptional, with native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and can build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently ensures that you prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable using technology to enhance your sales activities, particularly with tools like Salesforce, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Adaptability is one of your strengths, as you thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot strategies as market conditions change.

Experience in a similar role within a SaaS company would be a plus, as would familiarity with various industries, enabling you to bring diverse insights to your sales approach.

What you'll do

As a Portfolio Account Executive at Celonis, your primary mission will be to drive new logo acquisition and expand recurring revenue among enterprise clients, particularly in the manufacturing sector. You will actively seek out new business opportunities within your territory, collaborating with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to build a strong sales pipeline. Partnering with other companies will be crucial in accelerating new client acquisition, and you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational staff to C-level executives, to build meaningful relationships. You will deliver tailored demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of Celonis solutions based on customer use cases, ensuring that you address their specific needs effectively. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals will be your responsibility, and you will consistently strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
