Stripe is hiring a Content Activation Lead to develop and execute content distribution strategies. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance content visibility and engagement. This role requires over 10 years of experience in content marketing within a B2B tech or fintech environment.
You have over 10 years of experience in content marketing, activation, or editorial roles, particularly within B2B tech or fintech companies. Your background includes a strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid amplification strategies. You are adept at managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across various teams, ensuring that content reaches the right audiences at the right times. Your global experience is a plus, as you understand the nuances of different markets and how to tailor content accordingly.
You stay updated on modern storytelling techniques and are always looking for innovative ways to present messages to market. Your analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of content strategies, and you are comfortable running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with campaign leads, marketing operations, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to content distribution.
In this role, you will own the content distribution strategy for Stripe, ensuring that each piece of content is mapped to the appropriate audiences, regions, and lifecycle stages. You will partner with global campaign leads to develop channel-appropriate distribution plans, utilizing owned, earned, and paid media channels such as email, web, in-product, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include content merchandising, where you will atomize long-form and data-driven pieces into derivative formats like emails, social posts, short videos, and infographics.
You will lead experimentation efforts, running tests to determine the most effective messaging and content formats. Your role will also involve close collaboration with teams across campaigns, product marketing management, design, marketing operations, analytics, public relations, communications, regional marketing, and sales. You will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that content strategies are executed effectively.
