What you'll do

As the Director of M&A Integration at Ripple, you will serve as the integration lead for acquisitions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that integration efforts align with the overall business strategy and enhance product and market outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with executive partners to define integration objectives and success metrics, as well as overseeing the execution of integration plans from signing through post-close. You will lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with integrations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

You will also play a key role in preserving the culture and talent of acquired companies, working to integrate teams in a way that fosters collaboration and innovation. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be essential as you navigate the complexities of M&A integrations. You will analyze integration outcomes and provide insights to senior leadership, helping to shape future M&A strategies and initiatives.
