Algolia is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for their Connectors Platform team to build products that enhance data integration with AI. You'll work with technologies like JavaScript and React to create seamless user experiences. This role requires significant experience in software engineering.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building user interfaces and working with data integration platforms. Your expertise in JavaScript and React allows you to create intuitive and responsive applications that enhance user experience. You understand the importance of performance and scalability in web applications, and you have a strong grasp of best practices in UI development. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. You are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to improve data handling and user interactions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a market-leading platform.
Experience with data connectors and integrations, particularly in e-commerce platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce, would be a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is also beneficial, as is a background in working with large-scale applications.
