What you'll do

As a Global Operations Associate at Flexport, you will be the front line in ensuring the highest standard of quality in logistics operations. You will coordinate day-to-day logistics with internal and external partners, including steamship lines, air carriers, and customs. Your responsibilities will include solving client issues quickly and ensuring smooth operations at both origin and destination. You will follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality delivery and will be responsible for ensuring that your work meets internal KPIs and SLAs. You will escalate issues as needed and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that operations run seamlessly. Your role will be crucial in helping Flexport navigate the complexities of global trade and logistics.
