What you'll do

As a Solutions Integration Engineer III at Samsara, you will be a key member of the Professional Services team, working closely with some of our most strategic customers. Your primary responsibility will be to help these customers build and implement B2B integrations with our IoT platform. You will engage with clients to map their integration needs to our current and future API capabilities, ensuring that they can leverage our technology effectively. You will also assist in building custom integrations tailored to specific customer requirements. In addition to technical implementation, you will provide guidance and training to implementation teams, helping them understand how to utilize our platform to its fullest potential. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our integration solutions.
