NICE is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the CXone presales effort by gathering requirements and designing voice and data interconnections. This role requires strong communication skills and a mastery-level knowledge of connectivity solutions.
You have experience in a technical sales role, ideally as a Solutions Engineer, where you've engaged with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for thorough documentation, ensuring that all proposals and project plans are clear and comprehensive. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional support. You are adaptable and can handle multiple projects simultaneously, always striving to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will actively participate in the presales process for NiCE CXone, engaging directly with end users to conduct thorough discovery sessions. You will gather requirements that facilitate the engineering of voice and data interconnections, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize our software platform. Once customers express interest in using NiCE CXone applications, you will finalize the design components for voice and data services, ensuring that all technical specifications are met. You will also provide ongoing support to existing customers who require connectivity revisions or upgrades, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role will involve developing imaginative and practical solutions for a wide range of complex applications, aligning with the organization's objectives. You will document all proposals for standard and customized services, preparing detailed project plans and order summaries to facilitate smooth implementation.
