Overview

Lyft is seeking a Director of Integration Management Office to lead post-merger integration initiatives and maximize value capture from acquisitions. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with key business leaders.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in leading integration management, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Your background includes developing and implementing integration strategies that drive value and synergy realization across various transactions. You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of establishing centers of excellence within organizations. You are adept at creating comprehensive integration playbooks and frameworks that standardize approaches to deal integration. Your ability to partner with corporate development and finance teams ensures that integration planning is aligned with overall business strategy.

You are skilled in integration planning and execution, leading end-to-end processes from announcement through to synergy realization. You have experience developing detailed integration roadmaps that include clear workstreams, milestones, and success metrics. Your expertise in establishing governance structures for integration initiatives allows you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure accountability throughout the integration process. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating the complexities that come with post-merger integrations.

Desirable

You have a background in finance or corporate development, which enhances your ability to provide critical input during due diligence processes. Your experience in assessing integration feasibility, costs, and synergy potential is invaluable in this role. You are familiar with best practices in M&A integration and have a network of contacts within the industry that can support your initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and lead the Integration Management Office as a center of excellence for M&A integration at Lyft. You will develop and maintain comprehensive integration playbooks and frameworks that guide the organization through various integration processes. Your responsibilities will include partnering with corporate development, finance, and executive leadership to shape deal strategy and integration planning. You will lead end-to-end integration planning, ensuring that all aspects of the integration are carefully considered and executed.

You will develop detailed integration roadmaps that outline clear workstreams, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with business teams. Establishing an integration governance structure will be a key part of your role, allowing you to manage functional workstreams effectively.
