Who you are

You have over two years of experience managing logistics operations, particularly in delivery or channel management. You understand the intricacies of field operations and have a proven track record of account management. Your skills in business improvement and data analysis are complemented by your proficiency in Excel, allowing you to create actionable reports and strategies. You are comfortable with regular field visits to ensure operational excellence and partner engagement. You are also open to contributing to an inclusive culture and working collaboratively with diverse teams.

What you'll do

As a Channel Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing the delivery quality in the Kanagawa area. This includes regular visits to delivery partner locations to assess performance and provide support. You will implement account strategies to maximize business opportunities with delivery partners, ensuring they meet Amazon's high standards. Training and coaching will be a significant part of your role, as you will guide partners through operational processes and new product launches. You will also prepare regular performance reports for area managers, using data to propose action plans for improvement. Your leadership will motivate teams to achieve targets and enhance engagement, addressing any operational challenges that arise.
