You are a seasoned Principal Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering innovative hardware products that integrate seamlessly into broader ecosystems. With strong technical fluency, you understand the complexities of hardware development and have a deep empathy for customer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering teamwork. Your experience includes defining product vision and strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches. You are passionate about making a meaningful impact and driving real change in the safety and justice sectors.

Desirable

Experience in hardware product management is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud software integration. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of product development and are adept at balancing technical requirements with user experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the product vision and strategy for Axon's hardware products. You will define and evolve the product roadmap from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
