HelloFresh is hiring a PT Sorter to assist in the receiving and sortation of freight in their warehouse. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You are a team-oriented individual who is comfortable using computers and scanning devices. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are safety-focused, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with safety policies. You have the physical capability to lift and move packages regularly, participating in a highly physical job that requires standing, walking, crouching, pulling, and pushing for extended periods. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are ready to contribute to a collaborative team.
As a PT Sorter at HelloFresh, you will work within a team to safely receive and sort all volume for your shift. You will ensure that incoming volume is directed to the correct destination on time and communicate any delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor. You will attend pre-sort meetings and work towards daily goals while contributing to results on safety, productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery. You will also assist in the warehouse areas as needed and enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures. Your ability to meet productivity targets and maintain good attendance will be essential to your success in this role.
