You are strategic in your approach, capable of analyzing market trends and adapting enablement strategies accordingly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the potential of AI technology to create positive societal impact.

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with partner ecosystems and co-selling strategies. You may have a background in sales or business development, providing you with insights into the needs and challenges faced by partners. A strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles will enhance your ability to create effective enablement programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that includes ongoing training programs, certification initiatives, and scalable onboarding processes. You will create engaging content for the Partner Portal, ensuring that partners have access to the latest product updates and competitive positioning information. You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand new features and translate that knowledge into training materials. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of enablement programs and making data-driven adjustments to improve partner performance. You will also work with marketing to ensure that partner communications align with overall company messaging and branding. As the partner network expands, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities for partner engagement and success.
